Items are not eligible for return:

    • Hygiene and Personal Care Items: Products like oral care items, intimate hygiene products and items that come in direct contact with the body are often non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
    • Medical Equipment: Once medical equipment has been used or assembled, it is not eligible for return. This includes items like blood pressure monitors, nebulizers, and diagnostic tools.
    • Special Orders or Customized Items: Items that were specially ordered or customized to your specifications are not returnable.
    • Expired or Short-Dated Products: Products with short expiration dates or those that have already expired at the time of delivery are generally not returnable.
    • Consumables: Items like bandages, disposable gloves, and single-use items are not be eligible for return.
    • Items Missing Original Packaging: Items that are returned without their original packaging, labels, or seals not be accepted for return.

Refund policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
